PRODUCTION HOUSES AND OTHER ARTIST SEEKERS

For Production house and other artist seekers logging in as production houses, each of the search, shorlist and selection processes conducted by their casting director/s are recorded and saved project wise with full detailed data. This saves the production houses a lot of time and money due to staff turn around and stolen data. The replacement staff will have all the information on the Jalwah system the previous staff had worked on for him/her to carry on from. This includes all searches performed, all shortlists, all details of meetings to which artists have been called for with artist details, date, time and comments and selection with confirmed rates.

Artist short listing and selection
Casting directors and Management from Production house can search and shortlist artists of their choice. Jalwah gives a very user friendly and efficient system for casting directors to perform all functions for each of the project he/she is working on from searching, shortlisting, calling for meeting to assignment on one page.

Project definition
It is compulsory for production house to define a project for which they wish to search and select artists. They are also required to specify the type of artists they require for the project before handing over the search and selection work to their casting director.


Cast director search for artists
Casting director associated to production house is then assigned the project/s for which he/she is asked to search and selects artists for. Casting director is then given permission to search for artists by the system. Casting director can;

  • Search using categories pre-defined by production house
  • Search using slightly revised categories to find right artist
  • Shortlist artist whilst performing search by placing in project basket
  • Call artist for meeting with a press of a button
  • Select artist for role with agreed rate
  • Have project basket with artists highlighted indicated shortlisted, called for meeting of selected to perform.
  • Work on multiple projects at one time whilst performing search for one project.
    • Jalwah provides a feature whereby all the search and short-listed artists are saved in each project baskets for future reference.

    EDM Back office is provided with full information of all transactions and usages of its customers registered on Jalwah.

    All the messages to and fro artists and artist seekers pass through the back office which they archive and use to follow up in order ensure smooth and organized operation of the whole system.

    EDM back office and its professional marketing team will liase daily in order to place maximum of its artists and technicians.

    EDM back office will produce weekly reports of all placed and unplaced artists for marketing/casting managing team to study and interrogate in order to guide and/or groom artists to accelerate their success.
